Coworking Terms & Conditions
Thank you so much for your support! Please carefully read and review our policies, and then sign at the end. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
Park only in designated areas. If you are not sure, please ask Management so they can give you directions.
Workshop Coworking is open 6 am to 7 pm. The main gate at the Waialua Sugar Mill opens at 6am and closes at 8 pm, 7 days a week. We are not responsible for lockouts.
Walk-ins are allowed after 8 am, after text or email confirmation.
No guests are allowed unless previously registered and a day pass has been purchased.
Most work stations work on a first come first served basis. We currently have one private office (“The Call Room”) that is free to use unless scheduled. Please reference the call room schedule on the door in case that others need to use this private space.
Workshop Coworking is a quiet environment. We ask that everyone keep noise levels low and be mindful of talking too loud. If the call room is already in use, please go outside for loud phone calls.
Unauthorized Internet Activities
Do not use Wifi for unauthorized activities, such as copy or share copyrighted content (music, movies, video or software using Peer-to-Peer or Torrenting software).
Cleanliness, property care and damages
Be mindful and respect the space and other users: “leave no trace.” Garbage must be placed in the garbage bin located by the front door. Please be careful with the property, furniture and equipment. Major/intentional damages will be charged.
Please wear your mask until seated.
We are doing temperature checks to all members. Please don’t come if you have any flu/cold symptoms. Workshop Management will have the right to deny access if any symptoms or a fever are detected.
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside the facilities.
Day passes should be purchased as soon as you come in. If you have any questions, please contact Management.
We offer two levels of membership pricing. Visitor Membership (for guests who plan to visit for 1 month or less), and Community Membership (where we require a minimum of 2 months commitment). Community Membership is a discounted rate for Kama’aina (Hawaii Residents).
All Membership plans are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account draft). Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month at the same payment terms and billing date established at time of enrollment. It is the member’s responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates.
We will allow up to 5 days to update declined payments, otherwise Membership will be cancelled.
To cancel a membership, please email email@example.com with subject “Membership Cancel.” If you have signed up for a Community Membership and need to terminate your contract before the second month payment, the visitor rate will be applied and Workshop will send an invoice for the adjusted first month cost.
There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card.
